Academy UX Flow

Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who you are buying from

These terms govern the relationship between Jhennyfer Vitoria Pereira da Rocha Zelaquete, the sole trader operating under the business name Academy UX Flow, and the customer who buys the courses offered at academyuxflow.com.

Trader: Jhennyfer Vitoria Pereira da Rocha Zelaquete
Portuguese tax number (NIF): 308605497
Address: Rua Claudino Chamiço n.º 20 R/C, 2460-650 Caldas da Rainha, Portugal
Email: info@academyuxflow.com
Phone: +351 913 329 018 (call to a Portuguese mobile network)

The address above is the registered place of business and is not open to the public. Support is provided by email and phone.

2. Scope and acceptance

By completing a purchase you confirm that you are over 18 and that you have read and accepted these terms, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the refund policy, all of which form part of the contract.

These terms apply to every purchase made on the site, whichever language the page is displayed in. If the language versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

3. What we sell

We sell access to digital UX/UI learning content: video lessons, support files, exercises and additional materials. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Individual plan (EUR 97): personal, non-transferable access for one user, with 30+ hours of content, 15 hands-on projects, responsive design training, portfolio guidance, lifetime access and a certificate of completion.

Team plan (EUR 297): everything in the Individual plan for up to five users named by the buyer, with a progress dashboard, group projects, priority email support, monthly Q&A sessions and collaboration tools.

Both plans are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees or automatic renewals.

The certificate of completion is issued by Academy UX Flow and confirms attendance and completion of the course. It is not a state-recognised diploma or professional certification and carries no academic equivalence.

4. Prices, taxes and invoicing

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are final consumer prices, including any taxes applicable on the date of purchase.

There are no shipping costs, as the content is entirely digital, and no additional charges beyond those shown before you confirm the purchase.

The invoice is issued by Jhennyfer Vitoria Pereira da Rocha Zelaquete and sent by email to the address given at checkout. For company invoicing, provide the details at checkout or email info@academyuxflow.com within five days of payment.

If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply a conversion fee that we neither control nor receive.

5. How a purchase works

There are four steps: choose a plan on the pricing section, get redirected to Stripe's secure payment environment, enter your billing details and pay, then see the confirmation on the thank-you page.

Before confirming payment you can review and correct the information you entered, or leave the process and return to the site at no cost.

The contract is only formed once the payment provider confirms the payment. Confirmation is sent by email, on a durable medium, with a summary of the purchase and these terms.

We may decline an order where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, an obvious pricing error, or a breach of these terms.

6. Getting access

Access is emailed as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours.

If it does not arrive within that time, email info@academyuxflow.com with the name and email address used at checkout.

Access remains available while the platform operates, with a guaranteed minimum of 24 months from the purchase date. Should the business close before then, materials will be made available for download.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right ends once performance begins with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. That consent is collected at checkout.

Regardless of the above, Academy UX Flow offers a commercial 14-day satisfaction guarantee under the conditions set out in the refund policy, which is more generous than the statutory regime.

To exercise either right, send a clear statement to info@academyuxflow.com.

8. Licence

Your purchase grants a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the content and use the materials in your own work, including paid client work.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish, distribute or reproduce the content in whole or in part, or use it to build competing training.

Full conditions are set out on the intellectual property page.

9. Your obligations

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all use made through your account.

Sharing access with third parties, bulk-downloading content or attempting to circumvent technical protection measures may lead to suspension of access without a refund, without prejudice to any civil or criminal liability.

10. Warranties and liability

We undertake that the content matches the description published on the site and that we will remedy any lack of conformity reported to us within a reasonable time.

The courses are educational. We do not guarantee employment, higher income or any specific professional outcome, as these depend on factors outside our control.

We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, supplier failures, problems with your own connection, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that may not lawfully be excluded or limited, in particular towards consumers.

11. Data protection

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints can be sent to info@academyuxflow.com. We acknowledge them on business days, usually within 24 hours, and give a final answer within 15 working days at the latest.

As the trader is established in Portugal, the Portuguese electronic Complaints Book is available at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/inicio.

For consumer disputes, you may use an alternative dispute resolution body. For distance contracts, the competent body is the Portuguese National Centre for Consumer Dispute Information and Arbitration, at https://www.cniacc.pt. The full list is available at https://www.consumidor.gov.pt.

13. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

These terms may change at any time. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when that purchase is made.

Portuguese law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, you keep the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of your country of habitual residence.

The courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
