Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, along with any other methods Stripe offers in your country.
All amounts are charged in euros (EUR).
The connection to the site is TLS encrypted. Card details are entered directly into a Stripe environment and never pass through or get stored on our servers.
Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider and applies strong customer authentication, including 3-D Secure, wherever European rules require it.
The purchase appears on your bank statement with a descriptor identifying Academy UX Flow. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.
Invoices are issued by Jhennyfer Vitoria Pereira da Rocha Zelaquete, tax number 308605497, and sent to the email address given at checkout.
For company invoicing, add the details at checkout or email info@academyuxflow.com within five days of payment.
If your card is issued in a currency other than the euro, your bank may apply a conversion fee. That fee is charged by the bank and not received by us.
We may decline or cancel an order where fraud is reasonably suspected, refunding any amount charged in full.
