Ownership

All content published on academyuxflow.com and in the courses, including videos, text, exercises, working files, illustrations, page structure and code, is owned by Jhennyfer Vitoria Pereira da Rocha Zelaquete or used under a valid licence.

The name Academy UX Flow and its symbol identify the business and may not be used by third parties without written permission.

What you may do

Access and view the content for your own learning during the access period you bought.

Apply what you learn in personal projects and in paid professional work, including client work.

Include the projects you build in your portfolio, identifying them as course exercises where they reproduce course briefs.

What is not allowed

Sharing credentials, recording, bulk downloading, republishing or distributing the content in whole or in part.

Reselling, sublicensing, transferring or making the materials available to third parties, whether free or paid.

Using the content to create or feed competing training, or to train automated systems without written permission.

Removing or altering watermarks, copyright notices or any identifying marks.

Consequences

Misuse leads to immediate suspension of access without a refund and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Third-party claims

If you believe published content infringes rights you hold, email info@academyuxflow.com identifying the content, the right concerned and the basis for your ownership. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove the content promptly.
