Because this is digital content made available immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal ends once access is granted with your prior express consent, collected at checkout.

Email info@academyuxflow.com with the name used at checkout, the access email address and your order reference. No justification is needed.
We acknowledge requests on business days, usually within 24 hours.
Once approved, the refund is processed within 14 days at the latest, to the original payment method, at no cost to you.
How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer, typically 5 to 10 working days.
